This means one or more of the Email Addresses for the people are not valid.

Please follow these instructions

1. Add a Text Label to the screen

2. In the Text property place your expression

Concatenate(
LookUp('Ad-hoc team List', Dropdown2.Selected.Value = Title).Lead.Email,
";",
LookUp('Ad-hoc team List', Dropdown2.Selected.Value = Title).Lead2.Email,
";",
LookUp('Ad-hoc team List', Dropdown2.Selected.Value = Title).Lead3.Email,
";",
LookUp('Ad-hoc team List', Dropdown2.Selected.Value = Title).Lead4.Email,
";",
LookUp('Ad-hoc team List', Dropdown2.Selected.Value = Title).Lead5.Email
)

3. Make sure you have selected your dropdowns etc before hand.

Once you have done that.

Please show me a picture of the ENTIRE output, meaning please make your label very large so it will show all the email addresses.

The issue is there.

If you like my answer, I would really appreciate if you please Mark it as Resolved, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

Hi @BhavithShetty

No the issue if you need to have a check to see if you actually have Lead values and if you do then concat their emails.

But can you send email to those 3 you had? (without the extra 😉 on the end?

For a TEST only I would restrict it to the 3 you know exist. yes

@BhavithShetty

Thank you so much for sharing your code and Flow. One little detail. I am not sure what you are asking of us?

Are you asking us how to get the Email addresses for those same people?

Before we get to that, I notice that you have 6 names in the list (Lead textbox), but you only have code for 5, how are you showing 6 names in the Lead Text?

Are the Lead fields, lookups to users? or Text fields with the Display Name?

If its the LookUp, then I would suspect you could do .Select.Lead2.Email or PrimaryMail or whatever you are using for the Email address.

So essentially re-use the code you have for concatenating the stuff together, but instead get the right Email Address field and concat is using a ; (semi colon instead of a comma)

Thanks for your reply FLMike.

When the users click submit button. I would like an email notification to be sent to the multiple users in the Lead field. The Lead field is coming from a sharepoint list I have prefilled. The Lead field is concatenating 3-5 users I have identified in the sharepoint list.

In the code below, the monitor is giving me an error

</>

Office365Outlook.SendEmail(
TxtLead, // Assuming TextInput1 contains the email address of the recipient
"[Ad-hoc Request]",
"Thank you for submitting a request to the BSG operating service team. Your Ticket Number is " & recID,

{
Importance: "Normal",
IsHtml: true
}
);

</>

Hi @BhavithShetty

I know why you are getting the error, its because you are just giving it a list of names separated by comma. Those are not email addresses.

You could not send an email like that in outlook or gmail etc, and you cannot do that here.

And you said 3-5 names but I see 6

FLMike_0-1696969360637.png

My suggestion is, you store their email addresses in the SharePoint list and then when you are trying to send the email, use the Select.EmailAddress field (that you add) to get their email addresses and concat them all using a semicolon

Then use that value in your To list. and it will work.

That or you need to use the Office365Users connector to do a lookup against these names and get their email address that way.

Thank for your reply @FLMike ,

Lead in my sharepoint list is Person column whereas title is department value

here is the code

Office365Outlook.SendEmail(
Concatenate(
LookUp('Ad-hoc team List', Dropdown2.Selected.Value = Title).Lead.Email,
";",
LookUp('Ad-hoc team List', Dropdown2.Selected.Value = Title).Lead2.Email,
";",
LookUp('Ad-hoc team List', Dropdown2.Selected.Value = Title).Lead3.Email,
";",
LookUp('Ad-hoc team List', Dropdown2.Selected.Value = Title).Lead4.Email,
";",
LookUp('Ad-hoc team List', Dropdown2.Selected.Value = Title).Lead5.Email
),
"[Ad-hoc Request]",
"Thank you for submitting a request to the BSG operating service team. Your Ticket Number is " & recID,
{
Importance: "Normal",
IsHtml: true
}
);

Hi @BhavithShetty

Yes that is what I asked before if they were lookups to users (People).

Ok now that you did what I said, is there an error still? or issue?

Can you show me the actual error if there is one please

If there isnt and it solved your issue I'd be grateful if you marked my answer is the answer/resolved and maybe a thumbs up.
