SharePoint List/Power App Limitations

I have a SharePoint/Power App where we are collecting ~ 48,000 records per year.  As shown below, I would like to have a gallery that displays all records >= to the DatePicker date and then illustrate that in the graph (based on some grouping).  The value "1200" should be ~ 29,000 which is a Text Label = CountRows(Gallery1.AllItems).  Is Power Apps a platform where this can be accomplished or are the record limitations an issue?

Its really not practical to display more than 2,000 records in a gallery.  It can be done if you download all the data into a local collection, but that has its own issues.  Its much better to provide users with access to a smaller subset of data details for them to look at.  No one is going to actually scroll through a 29,000 item gallery to get to the last record anyway.  For things like you graph there are other ways to display that kind of summary information. Instead of doing it from a gallery or local collection you can send the parameters to a Power Automate flow, have it do the filtering and calculations and then return the column totals as a collection that can be used to build the array.

@Pstork1 Thanks for the feedback.  I've done some searching but haven't found any similar example Flows.  From my SP List there is a column GenMgr which I would like to subtotal (a count of the GenMgr occurrences).  Unfortunately, I'm kind of hung up.  Does the following make some sense?

Very close to the way I would do it.  After the filter array use an append to array variable to append the GenMgr label and a Length() for the filter array for the count.  Then return that array after exiting the loop.  My screenshots below

You can save that result to a collection and have a collection with the name and count for each manager.

When I run, I am receiving no errors.  There are 20,943 records but I am receiving no data.

My records are a bit earlier than yours, but I'm running the exact same query and it works for me.

Your sure you want Created and not Modified?

@Pstork1 Yes, I need to obtain when the record was Created.  Following is Output.  Does this indicate an issue?

I did create a new Flow from scratch and am seeing the same result.

Since this is a really large list what do your pagination settings look like and what kind of license do you have?  If you haven't turned on pagination it might just be that the output is empty because none of the first 100 records (that's the default for Top count) are covered by the filter.

Power Automate doesn't do delegation. Instead it retrieves records in pages. But that is turned off by default.
