I am working on an internal Podcast application for my organization. I currently have created a Patch functionality that updates a SharePoint List with EmailAddress, User Name, Episode Click, and Time. To aid people using the app to remember what episode was listened to I wanted to change the visibility of icon to show based on this sharepoint list.
Currently this is my code:

What is hapening that each item in the document library is shows all false with this code. Based on my understanding and the data in my table it should only be showing true for the first episode.
ThisItem.Name is the name of the episode which matches the Episode column
Once I add the AND to the equation it forces them all to the same value.

When I used that code and put an Episode Name and a known Email (IE My email) my ID number showed. If i changed ID to EmailAddress it showed my email address.
It appears that the conditional code is not able to find the record with the email and what episode was watched with it from the sharepoint list.
I actually misspoke here it shows the ID number of the record from the sharepoint list.
So back to your original - you mentioned it is all in lower, so let's put your formula to this in your check box.

Just the email is forced to lower because I cannot control user information used by our organization. Episode Names are labeled by our group and cannot be changed.
I put this code in and its made all the icons show like before anyway.

So in an earlier message you mentioned that you were putting the email to lower in the list and you had also done it with the episode.
You're not changing the names, your just creating a "viewed" list for your checkboxes separate from the main list.
Is ThisItem.Name really the Episode name? And again, do you have the formula you are using to write the record to SharePoint?

I also noticed using - LookUp('PowerApps Usage', Episode = ThisItem.Name,EmailAddress)
in a label the email address for the first record would show. If another user had selected it would not show the second email address.
A slight change you might want to consider on that formula:

We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
