I would like to get your help to check why I'm having the following issue. I have a Power Apps app (combination of canvas and model-driven app) which I just exported from DEV and imported to QUALITY environment. One of the button's on a Homepage should display text and be filled with two different colors conditionally. Basically, if the user opening a homepage has some records to review, the button will be filled with orange color and it will display a message "You have pending items". If the user doesn't have any records in Dataverse to be reviewed, the button will be filled with green color and it will display a message "Thank you for completing the review".
For me, the button displays the right message and fill color, however it does display "Thank you for completing the review" message and is filled with green color for other users who have pending records(!) - I have checked this with a few users.
The solution was exported as Managed and I don't know what might be the reason for that kind of issue, especially when it works fine for me, but for others not so much.
I'm attaching the formulas applied in the button. I'd appreciate your help or guidance what I did wrong. Thanks!

In my DEV env it shows one layer, which shows as unmanaged.
I exported it that way to Quality env and in here the layer doesn't have any status.
Did I do something wrong when exporting the solution from DEV?
If that's the case, it is not the solution export/import issue. The only difference that I found between the working one (the right message and fill color) and the problematic one (the display message) is this highlighted part of the formula. Can you also set the cursor inside the formula box to double-check if those Keep and Remove values expand to the correct ones as the other formula?
Sorry, I can't think of any other reason that could cause this issue.

Very sorry for late response. Please see the below screenshot. For both 'Keep' and 'Remove' values from the drop-down Dataverse field I get the following message: = "This data type is unsupported for evaluation".
If it says it's unsupported, how come that works only for me?
Can you think of some workaround for this issue? I don't really know how to write this formula so the evaluation is validated properly.

The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
