Split String control data type not working

Hey,

I'm trying to display information inside a column of sharepoint lists. This column is filled with data in a way that I'm able to extract values from it's string. When I try to split the string, it'll give a error.

Below an example of the first bit of my string text from which data has to be extracted:

_UPROD1S__P1QS_21_P1QE__P1CS_Black_P1CE__P1DS_Product 1_P1DE__UPROD1E__UPROD2S__P2QS_22_P2QE__P2CS_Silver_P2CE__P2DS_Product 2_P2DE__UPROD2E_.........

For instance, I want to retrieve the number "21" 

I'll thought to split the string with delimeters: "_P1QS_" and "_P1QE_"

This won't work however because the split function won't work for this control type.

I couldn't get it to work using the Right & Left functions.

Can somebody help me with this?

Hi @Bobron ,

I do not know where you have that data, but this will extract from a String whatever is between _P1QS_ and _P1QE_

With(
   {
      wP1QE: 
      Left(
         YourString,
         Find(
            "_P1QE_",
            YourString
         ) - 1
      )
   },
   Right(
      wP1QE,
      Len(wP1QE) - 
      Find(
         "_P1QS_",
         wP1QE
      ) - 5
   )
)
