Text to Speech - Microsoft Translator - HTML

My end game is to have Translator read all items in a gallery of text that contains two fields.  One is a text field and the other is an HTML text field.  I've not been successful in getting that done due to errors. 

So, I decided to back up and try to troubleshoot it using a plain label shown  below.  However, even with something that simple, I'm still getting an error. I do, in fact, have a language selected.  I don't understand why this is not working.  

So, my questions are as follows: 

1) Any idea why the first item is failing? 

2) Can translator read a gallery.  If yes, can it read two fields in the gallery? 1 label text; the other html text

3) Does translator read HTML text? 

4) If it will do those things, can someone help me with the nomenclature of the formula?  I tried lots of things but no success.  The most simple example is below. I'd tried to refer to the gallery - all items in one attempt but I'm positive that was not correct as it was not happy with the formula.

I've found the solution/answer to a couple of my questions above but I still have one more and that is: does anyone have an idea what formula I might use to get Text To Speech to read an entire gallery.  It will read the two fields I've specified of only the first record.  Here is my formula.  

MicrosoftTranslator.TextToSpeech(lblReadQuestion.Text & lblReadAnswer,cbLangSelect.Selected.Code)

As far as how I resolved the reading HTML question, I created a duplicate gallery on a second screen but I used the below in my, what were the HTML,  fields and then directed TextToSpeech to read the two text labels. 

I added a Text label and put this code on it:  PlainText(ThisItem.Answer).
