The data returned by the service is invalid for specific collect only

I have created an App which was working fine last week.

The app has a 2 buttons, which clearcollect data from sharepoint with 2 folders in the same site and put them into a galleries.

Folder 1 has 300 items, folder 2 has 800 items.
I have increased max lines to 2000.

The clearcollect on button 1 works fine pulling from folder 1 and populating gallery1, however button 2 fails with the data returned is invalid error when trying to collect the data from folder 2.

I changed ITEMS of gallery 2 to use collection from button 1 and this works fine.
This was working fine last week.
I added a gallery just to see if the data from folder 2 was ok and it populated fine.

The account I am using to access both these folders is the same and the same account running the app.

So, for whatever reason, when I click button 2 to clearcollect folder 2 data to gallery 2, it gives this error.

Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated.

This one doesn`t "Collect(PalletsLists,NKF_Pallets);Navigate(Screen2,ScreenTransition.None)

What is NKF_Pallets ?

That is a folder in Sharepoint that I am connecting to.

PICS is another folder in the same sharepoint site.

I have tried removing and adding the sharepoint data source many times.
I don`t understand why it was working last week, now not working.

and why the other folder is fine.

800 items in the list but there was over 1k last week when it was working....

Is it an actual Library (you can see in your Site Contents) or a sub folder ?

It is a Document Library in the site.

Just to be clear (as this is not making a lot of sense presently) - if you do this

ClearCollect(
   PalletsLists,
   NKF_Pallets
)

do you get an error ?

Yes. I get error.

I have been playing more and found that if I change the Data row llimit to 500, everything works.

But if i set to more than 500, I get errors.
This wasn`t the case previously and I always have it set to 2000.
