To check whether there's duplications in Sharepoint using Microsoft Flow

I built a Form where users insert their details through PowerApps, the data will then stored inside Sharepoint List.

There a column called company name where tons of company name will be stored inside the sharepoint list according to the user details.

So the flow of this whole ecosystem is 
User insert data in PowerApps -> Data stored inside Microsoft sharepoint list -> Flow to check whether the details that the user insert about the company is a duplication or not by checking the history data of the company name column.

How do i do this?

There are a couple of ways - I will run with the Lookup option.

I will use the names YourList for the list, Company for the field and CoInput for the text box  - replace with your names.

When the user enters a value, on the OnChange property of CoInput put this

         YourList,
         Company = CoInput.Text
      )
   ),
   false,      
   Notify(
      "Company name " & CoInput & " already exists!",
      NotificationType.Error
   )
)

@eka24 's suggestion is one of the other ways - they will both work.

Why would you want to do it in Flow and use up a Flow run quota every time and what would the outcome returned/achieved be?

Do you want to check if the Company Name value of the submitted record is duplicate using Power Automate?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I have made a test, please consider take a try with the following workaround:

Within the "Filter array" action, From field set to "value" dynamic content of the "Get items" action. Then click "Edit in advanced mode", type the following formula:

@and(equals(item()?['CompanyName'], triggerBody()?['CompanyName']), equals(item()?['Author']?['Email'], triggerBody()?['Author']?['Email']))

Within the Condition action, Left Input field set to following expression:

length(body('Filter_array'))

right input field set to 1, compare operator is set to "is greater than".

Please take a try with above solution, check if the issue is solved. Above flow would be fired when a new item is created in your SP List, check if the same user submitted duplicate Company Name record, if so, send an notification email to the requester.
