Trying To Pass Filtered Records as JSON to Power Automate to Export to PDF

Hi, so I was following this video
Power Apps Export to PDF

and tried to implement it for my app but in the step we are trying to pass the Filtered Records as JSON to Power Automate i dont seem to get the individual data endpoints from the JSON that was passed from the powerapp, i can see the JSON which i hope is in a valid format as i am not too familiar with JSON, come through in the Data Input compose action. Am i missing something? i used the expression on select action json(outputs('Data')) by adding the dynamic content of Data compose action outputs in the json function through the expression tab.

The logic on the button which calls the flow:

Cannot see the individual data endpoints from the JSON as dynamic content so that it can be mapped like they show up in the video.

the JSON seems is successfully passing to the flow from the app.

Hi @mustafafarooq 

You have to add a step to "Parse JSON". When you parse the JSON, the content will be your PowerApps Data and you need to provide the Schema (JSON schema). Use "generate from sample" to enter json. So that this step parses the JSON using that schema.

Then we can use the named values.

But how was this achieved without the 'Parse JSON' step like in the video, and it works there but not in my flow ?

3 actions (Compose and Create HTML table and Compose) action which converts your data.

For this post, your question is how to retrieve specific data like ID and Title from this video. For this, we have to use  

item()?['PopertyName']

Hi @mustafafarooq 

I believe you are asking the question of how to retrieve the properties from the JSON.

There is no possible option to get the field directly without using item()?['PopertyName']. That video was an edited one. I was sending an answer after I worked out.

I was going through the comments just now to make sure how that was working.  One of the users asked the same question and the response was the same to use item()?['PopertyName'].
