Unable to add flow in Power App

I'm unable to add any flow in my app right now. It always show "You have no instant flows".

But it's able to display all flow in another app, same environment.

My created flow is an instant flow triggered by PowerApps.

Could someone please help on this? It's strange when seeing this happen.

Could you please share a bit more about your issue?

Do you mean that the flow connection does not show up in your app after you made some changes to this flow?

It is an known issue with PowerApps app -- If you made some changes to the flow during editing your canvas app, the changes may not take effect immediately within your app. As an fixed solution, you need to re-load your app to apply the changes you made to your flow

In addition, try to rename this app, some users mentioned this may be the trick.

No, I mean that I would like to add a new flow. I've saved my changes in Power Automate before I'm trying to add in Power App. 

I believe there is some wrong with my app, because even I just tried to refresh existing flow in this power app, it showed me this error.

Refresh a existing flow and add a new flow, they work properly before I added to a solution, and they work in other power apps as well. 

But right now, I've removed this app from solution, and also deleted the solution.

And this issue still there.

Anyway, I tried rename the app just now, but still the same issue.

I just tried to open Power App Studio in incognito window, it's still same.

I really need help on this.

So this is from solution.

The problem occurs when your PowerApp is in some solution. If you are not sure which solution the Power App is find all the flows which were already listed in the app. Remove the app from the solution and all flows will be visible to you. 

In addition, the following limitations apply to the use of canvas apps, flows, and custom connectors in solutions.

• Canvas app instant flows must be created from an app already in a solution since adding this type of flow from outside solutions is blocked.
  • Workaround for this limitation: Remove the trigger, replace with another trigger like recurrence, save the flow, add it into a solution, and then change the trigger as needed.

I've removed the app and the flow from the solution, and also deleted the solution since a day ago before I discovered this issue.

I think I found where the problem from, even though I removed my app from a solution and deleted the solution. but it still exist in Default Solution, and there is no way to remove my app from Default Solution. The only possible option I see here is Delete from this environment.

There is only option to delete it from environment.

Try saving the flow as with another name. then look in the newly saved for the flow.
