Update 2 List Columns OnSelect

I'm using the following to increment a number in a "Votes" column in a SharePoint list titled "Voting List" using a button:

onSelect       

UpdateIf('Voting List', ID=1, {Votes: LookUp('Voting List', ID=1, Votes)+1})

This works perfectly fine, however I want the button to disappear after being clicked by the user. I don't want the button to return when the app is reloaded.

To accomplish this, I wanted the button to also add the variable varUserEmail which contains the user's email address to the "Emails" column in the SharePoint list. However, I can't get both functions to work onSelect using the same button. Anytime I try to add both I end up with some kind of an error.

Any ideas for formatting this so the button does both of these onSelect?

UpdateIf('Voting List', ID=1, {Votes: LookUp('Voting List', ID=1, Votes)+1})

UpdateIf('Voting List', ID=1, {Emails: LookUp('Voting List', ID=1, Emails)+varUserEmail})

Thank you for the suggestion. I get the following errors with this:
Next to Set( = "Invalid number of arguments: recieved 1, expected 2."

After  varVotes: = "Formula containts colon when ParenClose is expected" and "Characters are used in the formula in an unexpected way"

Thank you for the suggestion as well, this looks like what I'm looking for, but I get the following error when clicking the button relating to varUserEmail in the formula: "The value (email address) cannot be converted to a number". The variables data type is text and the list column is multiple lines of text. Any ideas?

I've added another ) to the end of this code as it was expected, but I'm still getting the error "Invalid argument type" when hovering over the varVotes variable in the line "Votes: varVotes+1".
