Using For All to update multiple lines in a sharepoint list

Hi. I have to update multiple lines in a SharePoint List. The column 'Title' might have one item I need to update, it might have thirty one, I need to put the same value in some other columns for every record with the same title. Using LookUp only returns one value, using Filter gives me an error. I watched a youtube video and came up with this but its not doing it for me, for obvious reasons. 

So, I want to update 5 columns for each row where the column 'Title' matches whats been selected in a dropdown.

I created an app monitoring time duration for specific activities (by pushing 2 buttons Start and End) as visible from screenshot below. However, when the data are registered in the sharepoint list I have all the names of the individuals attending the session into one cell. Is there a way to create an entry for each one of the partecipants with the same data ( activity + duration)? 

from what I have read the Forall function could help me achive that results but I dont know how to implement it with names of people ( person 1, person 2 and so on). Please find below screenshot of formula on Start button ( similar to the End one)

thanks for the call out! I did create a topic but nobody anserwed probably due to the same reason aforementioned ( screenshot size). 
Let me try to explain my issue: 

I created an app that track activities duration for a x number of people. The user of the app will need to insert in a sharepoint form in the app the names of the indidivual:
individual1
individual2
individual3
and so on

distributed vertically as above and not separeted by a coma.
The issue is that if I want to analyze the data collected I can't do it for each individual because the individuals name are registered in the sharepoint in one cell (all together). What I would like to do is that every time the user press the button start to collect the start time of the activity and the button end the app would create one entry for each individual inserted in the form. 

From what I understood the ForAll function could help me achieve that but I cant make it work.
The formula in my Start Button is the following ( similar to the end one):
