Power Apps

Hi Justin,

I'm sorry that you are having issues accessing PowerApps with certain accounts.

Users with a license entitling them to assisted support can open support tickets by going here:

https://aka.ms/pasupport - scroll to bottom and click “Create support ticket”.

That said, I looked into the accounts you provided, and found that the account liagnju@oocl.com does not exist in AAD. The @o365.oocl.net accounts do exist in the directory.

This can be due to the way that your company has set up federation with Azure Active Directory, so unfortunately our PowerApps support team is not going to be able to help you with that. Your AAD tenant administrator will need to resolve this issue in order for you to be able to use that account with PowerApps.

Hope that helps, and I hope you are able to work with your IT department to get this resolved.

Best regards

-David Messner

Engineering Manager, PowerApps

Justin,

I looked a little deeper and found evidence that your account did, at least at one time, exist in the directory. But the tools I have are suggesting that account no longer exists. I'm checking with some folks on why that might be, but is there any possibility that that account was in fact deleted from the directory? If you are able to contact your AAD tenant adiministrator (IT department), they may be able to help you. I did find other accounts in your directory that do still exist and have been used with PowerApps, so my suggestion that it may be an AAD directory federation setup issue does not seem to be the case. This problem may be specific to that one account.

Thanks and regards

-David

sorry my account is liangju@oocl.com or justin.liang@oocl.com . I type a wrong letter before , pls check again

Justin,

That solves the mystery of why I couldn't find your account.

I have indeed found a problem with the state of your account, specifically the state of the connections on your account related to how they are tagged with environments. The problem manifests as a "404 not found" error when listing your connections

It may take us some time to solve this one as it's an issue we have not seen before. If neccessary and if it would speed up the mitigation of your issue, would you approve of us deleting your connections? You could re-create them the next time you open your apps for running or editing.

Are you able to use the older version of the PowerApps Studio? I find that this issue likely only occurs in the latest API version, so if you are able to roll back to the v530 version of PowerApps Studio, it may temporarily unblock you.

I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, and thanks for your patience while we work to resolve this for you!

Best Regards

-David

You can try to delete my connections,  and I checked with my colleagues, not only me has this issue, but aslo they have same issue, the account are  tsuifa@oocl.com , laipa@oocl.com .

And may I know how to roll back to version 530?  pls provide the steps

and the problem is our colleagues cannot create powerapp via web , use studio is fine.

Justin,

The errors I observed from your account seem to be problems from your usage of the Microsoft Flow portal, and may be related to caching. So I now believe they are unrelated to the issue you are reporting. If you haven't already, please file a support incident here:

Thanks and regards
