error message The record specified is not an entity or not owned by this data source

I have been running an app for 3 weeks and starting 5/1 we are not able to edit records and get the following message when we attempt to edit and save a record. I am using a SQL Azure database.

"The record specified is not an entity or not owned by this data source"

I can change records on the phone app and from the desktop app. Cannot change from the browser.

I can not find any reference to this.

Any help would be appreciated

Yes it is not the control. It seems to be the If/Then Logic.

I have a different app that has IF then Logic built into the filter function and it is also failing.

No one was using my app on the mobile.

My error isn't related to logic or control, so it seems it is a different issue. 

Let me know if you decide to test editing from Desktop an entry that was created on Mobile.

I can create and edit from desktop or mobile now.  With the checkbox there only the person that created the record could edit it. I had that checkbox filtering the records to include only a certain stage or that stage and everything above.  Our system has 5 stages before the entry is complete.  I took that chckbox out and just used the one to show all and it started working. It appears to be something in the if-then logic as was posted earlier but I haven't had a chance to look at it closer.

I have noticed today that RemoveIf is also not working with an Azure SQL DB data source.

Has anybody noticed that too?

I see alot of posts about the issue with logic, i dont have any logic, i am simply editing a record in a common data model, which submits fine. Its been working fine for almost 6 months.  I can see the error in the editor, when i am in edit mode without performing any actions or logic

I agree @emckinney81, I was told by MS support that it is a bug and that they are working on it.

Pretty poor communication from MS on this incident, though...

In talking with some support folks, Microsoft has addressed the issue, whether or not you are using CDM or SQL or any database. Just waiting for an update to be pushed out rumor has it later today or early next week. i am just going to sit tight and not mess with any work arounds.

 @emckinney81 The logic was something in the gallery filter causing it to lose link to the database.  More then likely the bug is causing it to return an object name instead of it's value.

The problem wasn't on the screen that was throwing the error it was actually on the previous screen. Somewhere along the line the data is being corrupted, trace the steps back to try to find the problem.

Update

Microsoft asked me to test my program today. So I guess that indicates they put a fix in.

Unfortunately my program still did not work.

The Desktop app did work which was failing. The browser returned the  same error.
