filter working only on my account.

Hello all, 

can any one please explain this,

why is this  formula (Filter(
DELEVEIRBLES,
And(
User().Email in Responsible.Email || User().Email in Accountable.Email)) working only on my account and not working on others colleges, can you advise?

please note that Responsiple is a multi select person coloumn,

You didn't ask me, but this would be my solution.  You have made it more complicated than it needs to be.

From the code shown, the user email will need to be in the Accountable or Reponsible column (or both). If the email is not known in those fields, the rest of your filter will no longer matter and the record will be skipped. In other words, the filter will only work if the person has at least 1 record in the list where their email is defined in one of those columns.

Additionally, 'in' is a non-delegable operator for SharePoint - meaning that the filter will only take the first 500-2000 records into account (See app settings -> data row limit). By default it is set to 500 and can be extended to 2000 records. If your list is longer than 2000 records, you could prefilter your data with a delegable filter first and then add the email filter:

    ),
    //Filter the prefiltered dataset via Email
    User().Email in Responsible.Email || User().Email in Accountable.Email

Hi @YazeedAblan,

User().Email will be dynamic, for your colleagues it will be their email instead of yours. In other words, their email will need to be defined in one of those columns for at least 1 record to see an output.

Additionally, make sure your colleagues have access to your list. Users can only see data to which they have access to. (See this link on how to share SP lists)

Yes, I know that, but all permission were given, and the filter is not working on any one application except of me.

I don't directly see an issue with that specific filter() statement - if they are linked in one of those person columns. Are the users able to see records when you simply define DELEVEIRBLES as the Items property?
