Hi I like to ask I had follow Reza's video
1) Why is the date not picking up from SP list? - SP date is dateandTime
2) what is the syntax for user to search in the box - I include - serach(Sharepontlist, Textfltier. text , Description) - the error is the word Description which is name in the SP list column but it's not working... please advise
3) the delete icon - how to set to delete the varFormData when selected record is deleted and will remove the data in SP list too?
Thank you
Hi @bbsin ,
Please check the answers below:
1. What is the column type of your Date column? Please provide the screenshot of your Date column type.
Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The screenshot as below, you can see that my Date column is “Date and time” column type:
I would suggest you re-add a new connection to your SP list, then check if the issue is solved.
Besides, for a test, check if “ThisItem.Modified” can display well.
2. To search SP list through a box based on Description column, you need to set Items property of your Gallery to below(note that Column names must be enclosed in double quotes😞
Search(Sharepontlist, Textfltier.Text ,"Description")
See my results:
3. For the delete icon, you can use formula like below(remember to replace with your own Gallery name):
Remove(Sharepontlist, Gallery1.Selected)
Or
Remove(Sharepontlist, ThisItem.Selected)
Then when selected record is deleted in your gallery, this record will also be deleted from your list.
Best Regards,
Allen
