how to send data from a table that is inside a gallery in power apps

Hi All,
I am wanting to send data from a table that is inside a gallery, however when combining the function ForAll and Patch () I get an error that the entry in my spreadsheet cannot receive a table type file. In fact, I don't want to send the table, but the data for each row in the table.

my gallery (NovaTabela)

table (Coluna1) inside the gallery (NovaTabela)

I am wanting to send this table that comes inside the form processor

*Table3 is my excel table has 3 collumns (Coluna 1 | Coluna 2 | Coluna 3 | Coluna 4 | Coluna 5)
*table_0 process created in form processing

so I would like to know how I send this table created within a gallery to Excel and also how I send it directly to Excel after processing the form, as there will be cases that I will send right after processing the form but there will also be cases that I will have to store it in a gallery and later send it to excel.

Hi @Danilo-ES-BR ,

The ForAll function iterates through each record of Table, that means the Patch formula is handled at the Record level, if you want to reference the some value, please use the Column Name directly. Just like Filter() function.

ForAll(FormProcessor1.Tables.table_0;Patch(Tabela3; Defaults(Tabela3);{'Coluna 1': Amount}))

thank you very much worked. I just didn't understand why it worked, I was in doubt about the Defaults function, why did you use it inside the Patch () function in the register part and the data in the update part? I looked at the documentation but there is no example that I could understand.

Patch with Defaults() function can create a new record.

Ok, And what is the difference between using Standard to create a new record and using Patch () to create a new record? I didn't find that answer in the documentation Ty

I checked, but I did a test using defads and not using it and still creates the record ex.:
Patch(Tabela1;{nfe: FormProcessor1.Fields.nfe}) =  
Patch(Tabela1; Defaults(Tabela1);{nfe: FormProcessor1.Fields.nfe})          [same result]

however

ForAll(FormProcessor1.Tables.table_0;Patch(Tabela3; {'Coluna 1': Amount}) ≠
ForAll(FormProcessor1.Tables.table_0;Patch(Tabela3; Defaults(Tabela3);{'Coluna 1': Amount})      [different results]

I didn't understand because in the first case the record is registered in the datasource but in the second (which made me do this topic) it didn't work.  I would like to learn so that next time I can understand when I should use the Defaults() function and when I don't need to use it

From the Docs, we can know that the Standard Syntax of Patch always requires the BasedRecord.

Patch( DataSource, BaseRecord, ChangeRecord1 [, ChangeRecord2, … ])

'Patch(Tabela1;{nfe: FormProcessor1.Fields.nfe})' formula isn't a standard usage of Patch function, and isn't recommended.
