invoice from PDF Experimental

What I'm trying to do is to create essentially an Invoice in Power Apps. I have seen the HTML option but for reasons I'll go into in a moment it was getting real messy. I discovered the PDF Experimental button and for my purposes I was going to use an image of the invoice I wanted to use, place labels in appropriate places, and then export it to a PDF that way. It was working perfectly until I added a wrinkle: If there were standard Items that needed to be added I wanted to use a toggle to assign a string to a variable based on its Boolean value (simple enough?) but I had to go and decide to add four different toggles to add, which leads to 16 different combinations that can be on the form. I also wanted to "close out" the invoice by adding a line stating something like "No additional items" below the listed items, kind of like a default no matter how many items were added to the invoice. I've considered creating a collection with an index (ID) value corresponding to the labels on the invoice so I could just LookUp the collection to assign a variable and place the variables in the labels, but the "If" statements started getting real messy. I also added a second variable that was "set" when a toggle was chosen so that I could place the chosen item in the invoice by checking the second variable, but when I added the close-out line the second variable was still set and unwanted items were added below the close-out line.  Any assistance would be appreciated; thanks in advance.

He gives a very in depth demonstration. It’s going to take some detailed work, but it’s going to give me better results than the approach that I was taking. It also shows the power of using edit forms in a few ways I haven’t imagined before. Thanks to all who stopped by to read my question.
