new look for Power Apps

We recently launched a preview of the new look for model driven app Power Apps. Details here.  As you try out the preview, please tell us what you think.  In the coming weeks we'll be talking more about how modern controls, using the Microsoft Fluent design system, will be coming to canvas apps, theming is also on the horizon (about time!).  We're keen to hear people's thoughts and feedback on all those topics here.

Totally agree with you Robert. "Select all" checkbox is very usefull. I do not understand why to remove it!

Hi @benapple , We noticed that our Option Set icons are no longer displaying in our views. We have a web resource that generates the image for the specified view. Even going back to the old UI, they still dont display. Is this a known issue?

Hola, quiero comentar que al activar el nuevo aspecto el color de la barra superior no respeta el elegido en mi tema personalizado, sino que vuelve a ser violeta como en el tema por defecto de power apps.

The color palette defined in the XML for charts is no longer used.

Is that related to the coming theming capability?

Hi,

with the decision  moving away from classic theme customizations. We have lost an important feature, to highlight the Environment site by colors!!! It is crucial to visualize the DEV and TEST Environment, different than the PRODUCTION, otherwise key users and power users gets confused!!!
If it is not visualized via header bar color, please bring in an other option to visualize the TEST and DEV environment

There is no ability to change other aspects of the modern visuals at this time.

I don't know if this is also the case in the normal power apps environment, but in powerapps for teams the 'new form' control looks horrendous. It's almost impossible to use and it's a mixed bag of different colours, components and styles. We use the power apps for teams application a lot and it would be nice if attention would be paid to this as well so that we have a common development platform.
