office 365 outlook issue on some machines

I have a form that a person fills out and then sends an email to another recipient.

FROM A BUTTON:

I have the following code working fine from my machine. 

When on another machine, the , I get the "notify" message  but no email is being sent ?

Nothing is being saved in their "Outbox"  ?  

and the email is not in their sent box  ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

What is Gallery6.Selected.Label64.Text ? If it is not a valid email address, the mail will not go. Also if it referring to a field in the gallery, you are better referring to that rather than the control.

Warren, Yes it is  a valid email address.

The emails are simply not executing. it will from my pc, but not others in the company.

Did you look at the comment regarding referencing the field rather than the control (or is this not written at that point)

Warren, this is blank gallery and i added labels to the gallery...so i dont know what you mean by referencing the field ?

OK - that is now useful information as most galleries have Items based on a list or collection (and I assumed the email address would be generated from another input). It seems a bit of debugging required - so firstly put simple text in the Subject and Body and test that with the affected users (to prove whether it is the To or not). If it send, then you may need to look at the Body (although I can see nothing wrong there)

Warren, I did what you suggested in the gallery.. But also  found out its an Exchange Outlook issue.  some folds are not part of the mailbox i have in the "From:"

uuugh...I did not post it correctly...sorry..
