According to your formula, in the LookUp function you use two Parcel_ID.
Could you please tell what these two Parcel_ID are respectively?

Are you trying to filter the OrderList based on the typed value of input_parcelID?
You can try:

LookUp(OrderList, Parcel_ID=input_parcelID.Text )

Yes I am filtering the OrderList according to user input in input_parcelID.

I am trying to create if else scenario here.

If the parcel ID the user entered is found in the OrderList, the parcelID will be updated according to the user input.

If the parcel ID the user entered is not found in the OrderList, a notification 'Record not exist' should be produced. May I know how to modify the code to achieve such scenario? Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your reply.

It works if the parcel ID is not found in orderList

However, when i enter a parcel id that is found in OrderList , I still receive the same error message 

Notify("Record does not exist", NotificationType.Error, 3000));

although this data is patched to OrderList. May I know how to get rid of error message if valid parcel ID is entered? Thank you!!

Sorry I entered an extra parenthesis in the formula.

Please try:

Hi @Anonymous,

Don't use IsBlank function.

Use "IsEmpty" instead.

CountRows() = 0 is recommended.

I usually use IF(CountRows(Filter([DB].column = "value")) > 0, OK, Notify("Wrong"))
