Greetings! I have been trying to fix this error in my application for several days and I have not been able to find the solution, maybe it is something simple, but I cannot see it, please if someone knows how to help me, I will be grateful, I include screenshots of my application and flow so you can have a better idea. This app is about a project form where you can view your PDF application, then save it directly to a document library in SharePoint called Exported PDF.

I really appreciate any help on this matter. 🤗

Have you connected the flow to the app? If not def do that first and they try it again. If you have then try to disconnect it and then readd the connection. Sometimes this fixes the issue. You can also go into Power Automate and click My Flows then open the flow settings for the flow in question and make sure it is turned on and not off.

Click the button outlined in red and confirm that your flow is in that list.

If it is not there click add flow and then add that correct flow you wish to use. If it is there try removing it and readding it to refresh the connection. After this is done test it again.

Awesome! This new error is referring to the number of things you asked for Power Apps to give your flow for it to run. The error states that the flow is expecting 0 or 1 but you are giving it 2 data points. This means that you should only have code like this:

FlowName.Run(Parameter1)

instead of like this:

FlowName.Run(Parameter1, Parameter2)

I cant decide for you which one needs to be removed but one of these items that you are passing into the flow is extra and not needed. Once removed you should be golden! 🙂

Yeah! So the easiest way to know what the flow is expecting is to do so in Power Apps. First drop in a label and go to its OnSelect property. Start to type your flow name and then autocomplete up to the openeing '(' and it should look something like this: FlowName.Run(

Power Apps should tell you up top by the formula bar what exactly it is expecting as the next parameter. In your case it will probably show PDFFileContent or something like that. Go ahead and enter that info then click , and see what pops up next. If nothing pops up such as File.Name then the flow is not expecting anything else. If you pass it something it will get confused and not run. This is what you need to check. Here is an example of a flow of mine that takes 4 parameters and at the top you can see what it is expecting and then the code shows what I passed in.
