search and filter and if function on gallery iteam

Hello Everyone, i am trying to use filter function with if condition and also i want to search ticket id please suggest formula to can use all are in gallery items and also way to provide default value. i have table which is showcase the status of tickets i want to use this for admins only to can find the records and search bar too . now from user side i want they can able to see only own data without search function and filter table and admin can see all of this . please help a little bit as i solved  a filter part but search formula not working also filter table formula not working. with this formula user not able to see any records , any idea ?

fo i need to put any codes on app start or on visible property ? or default of gallery ??? because i believe that delegation warning comes ...also whats wFilter ?  this wFilter used for which parameters ? and why ?

Also, there's one other thing I should point out:

The instructions below for creating the AdminID collection are mutually exclusive. It will just waste your app's resource that could go to another formula that is really important.

No problem, however I suggest you start using it in future projects.

Anyway, we need to make sure there is data in the collection (mostly created by other users for testing purposes). I'm not sure if your collection will have the column 'Created' or 'Created By', it will probably have the column 'Author'. Test the filter with this column:

 

Author.Email = User().Email

in my collection i have all column which is come from sp list but i could not see the data and one more thing that 

i set clearcollect spcollection with all column in onvisible property of screen however i also set clearcollect and collect formula in app onstart do i need to add another things ? i think so might this are not sufficient  maybe i have to also use loaddata and save data ??? so maybe this warning not throwing delegation or i think so in my collection nothing bcz its not save in my collection and before was show in my collection when i was not having clearcollect but was duplicate multiple data show so i add clearcollect 

suggest me something help me with this headech i m very curious to know different methods from your genius people skill

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!   This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
