Hi @WarrenBelz ,

I think i got your point, but how can i supply those email addresses on one column under the Department selected in a drop-down .

Can you tell me a bit about the reference list you mentioned which will be easier to maintain?

Ok @Anonymous ,

The Items of the drop-down would be

Distinct(
   colEmails,
   Dept
)

Which would show all the Departments from your collection (one of each). The code I gave you earlier would work on this
For a reference list, basically make a SharePoint list with exactly the same fields and content as you are collecting.
At App OnStart, instead of the other hard coded collection, would collect this to avoid Delegation warnings on the filters, so if the list is called StaffEmails, you would do

ClearCollect(
   colEmails,
   StaffEmails
)

and everything else would work as already specified. If you want cc copies, that is a whole new process.
I will be offline shortly due to time zone.

Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.

@WarrenBelz ,

I need to get that workable solution very soon, if you think of any,please feel free to refer it to me

@Anonymous ,

Not sure what in addition to what I have sent I can suggest at the moment, but when you implement this structure, I can answer any questions/issues you have.

Hi @WarrenBelz ,

Actually i am not much familiar working with sharepoint list..But thinking about a easy and feasible solution,it will be much more useful to use SP list rather than Collection.

I don't know how to connect SP list in the sendEmail button. For now, i could implement like this.

SendEmail button-->OnSelect
Office365Outlook.SendEmail(LookUp(colEmails,Dept = areadrop.Selected.Value,MailAdd),Subject1.Text,Description1.Text,{Attachments:AddColumns(RenameColumns(AttachmentControl.Attachments,"Value","ContentBytes"),"@odata.type","")});

Hi @Anonymous ,

Another question - we probably need to do a new thread on this shortly.

You are back to your old email code here (I posted a solution on the multiple email addresses a few posts ago)

The rest is an unusual attachment syntax - you have not mentioned attachments before - what are you trying to do here?

Hi @Anonymous ,

The text below is from your other post - I will answer it here

Attachment has been added by me after learning how to send it to the email recipients.Its okay,we can ignore attachment portion here(It was just doing me the trial demo whether it works or not)

I want to send email to some predefined recipients on basis of selecting department.You suggested me to use SP list,right?

If i create a list Staffemail in the SP,how to concat the list in the sendEmail button so that if i select one department from the dropdown,it would send email to those particular person,when select another department,send email to another person.

For a particular department, instead of collecting at App OnStart, you would to this on the OnChange of the drop-down containing the department list - something like

ClearCollect(
   colEmails,
   Filter(
      StaffEmails,
      Dept =YourDropDownName.Selected.Value //if the dropdown was a Choices list
   )
)

you would then use the code I gave earlier to send the mail.

Hi @WarrenBelz ,

I am feeling really ashamed that perhaps i am not understanding the point you are referring to and i am pestering you over and over for this...Please bear with me😐

SendEmailButton-->Onselect code (you referred)

Office365Outlook.SendEmail(
With(
{
SendEmail:
With(
{
vEmail:
Filter(
colEmails,

Dept = AreaApp.Selected.Value       //sharepoint dropdown choice-column name
)
},
Concat(
vEmail,
MailAdd & "; "
)
)
},
Left(
SendEmail,
Len(SendEmail) - 2
)
),
"Subject content here",
"Body content here"
);

##"AreaApp" is the column name with dropdown choices in SharePoint list
##"colEmail" is the collection which has been put in the App-->On start was used to send email to only one person at first,(Now i want to send email to multiple person via SP list or collection but not getting it through)
## Here i have attached screenshot of my SP list and code which has been put on the App-->ON Start portion
