So "Name:(.+)Name:" will look for our tags and everything between them.
Here's the example for getting the Name value:

This formula, if it were in a textbox, would display "Name:Eric LottName:". To get rid of the beginning and ending tags, we can use Substitute().

Now we can do this for the rest for the variables!

Step 1) Get the QR code contents. Use a formula to store the contents of a QR code on the OnScan property of your barcode scanner.

Step 2) Evaluate the QR code contents. For this step, it may be helpful for you to post a sample QR cod payload (the contents returned when a code is scanned. Here's a sample I will use:
BEGIN:VCARD VERSION:3.0 N:Lott;Eric EMAIL:test@email.com END:VCARD
Step 3) Split the QR code contents into variables. Hopefully the below example isn't too much info all at once. I first use the Match() function to match a pattern in the text with a regular expression (regex) pattern that correlates with what I'm trying to extract. The ExtractedName variable I'm setting is looking for the regex pattern "N:\w+;\w+" which means it's looking for the letter 'N' followed by a colon ':' followed by a word, a semicolon, and then another word. This matches the name pattern of our QR code content ("N:Lott;Eric"). I then extract the first name and last name from the ExtractedName variable by splitting the string at the semicolon and grabbing the first and last names. The same basic concept was done for the email.
