IN THIS COURSE WHILE CREATING TABLE FOR SERVICE AREA NAMES WE ADDED DIRECTLY THE '' SERVICE AREA NAME'' LIKE ELECTRICAL , MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING . I WANNA ASK DOES THAT DATA STORED AS A COLUMN? OR ANY OTHER FORM. BECAUSE WE DIDNT FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE TO CREATE COLUMN .

When you created the ServiceAreaNames table you would have set the name of the Primary column to also be ServiceAreaNames. The Primary column of a table it a special column that every table has in Dataverse. It is the column that shows when you have a look-up column that references another table e.g. when you put the ServiceAreaNames column onto the Maintenance Log form.

To answer your question. You did not follow a procedure to create the column called ServiceAreaNames because that column is already included when you created the ServiceAreaNames table. The data is still stored in a column.
