04-mar-2020 update
The bug with the positioning of controls inside components has now be fixed by the Power Apps Team (great job there!). This means that now you will no longer have any problem importing the color picker component inside your applications: every controls inside should fit right in place and the component should exactly have the look it has in the capture below when adding it to your screens.

Hi all,
Just updated my Ultimate Color Picker component with the following new features and fixes:
Enjoy!
Hi @OnLineO,
I was able to reproduce your problem which, by the way does not exist in the application where I designed the component in the first place. The bug only appears when you import it elsewhere.
I've tried many different fixes but none worked. I came to realize that it is a Power Apps bug that overwrites the properties of some controls inside the component during the import process... 😠
So, I've updated my initial post to provide a temporary workaround. Please have a look at it at the top of this thread.
Thank you for reporting this to me. I hope this bug will be corrected soon.
Emmanuel
Hi @ElMeSaFeR,
Did you download the package from Github or from the link inside the present forum post?
Hey!
Just wanted to let you all know, as explained in my original post, that the import bug has been fixed by the Power Apps team. So now, just import the MSAPP file to your applications and it will worked fine.
Enjoy!
Emmanuel
Thanks again for sharing this, saves a lot of time when I need custom colours to be selected and stored - I've imported it to my component library and I've made a few tweaks 😺
