Could you clarify your question?

From a highlevel overview point of view the app has one database for audit question another for user audit answers and a third for images. Hopefully I have understood your question.

That is the problem with him. I really like his skills, but he don't want to help you, he wants to sell his knowledge and his apps.

It's absolutely ok, but the wrong place to do this in my opinion.
