Fetch XML Not retrieving records with Filters

Hello All

For some reason the reply button is disabled for me for the below link. I can see the problem exists.

Yes, when I add the filter condition above the attribute it works (thanks @PoojaD  ) otherwise it  completely ignores the filter condition and retrieves all records. Believe this is a bug.

The simple way is to use advanced find and generate the fetchxml or use the fetchxml builder and filter conditions

Its not the fetchXML issue. I did generated the fetchXML using Advanced Find from CRM menu. There are no specific instructions saying that for Portal the condition need to be placed before the attributes. You could try with any simple filter (no inner join condition). I have seen in other thread it worked for some.  Not for me.

What is your Table Permissions to Contact table?

Authenticated user. It not permission issue as I mentioned earlier if I rearrange the fetch it works.
