How can I remove a deleted page which is not showing in design studio but is still showing in the portal

I deleted Subpage two (which came with the template) a while ago and it doesn't show in design studio or power pages management.

I've recently set up authentication and can see that Subpage two is still showing in the portal.

I have just deleted Subpage one and Pages and those deletions behaved as expected i.e. they don't appear in design studio or the portal and are shown as inactive pages in power pages management.

This leaves me with Subpage two showing in the portal, which I can't see in either design studio or power pages management.

The screenshots below describe the above.  Any suggestions how I can get rid of Subpage two?

Hi again

I have been able to solve this.  It looks like there was a error when Subpage two was deleted.

I'm not sure I would found it if I hadn't previously set my preferred solution via Power Apps:

Then looking at the solution via Power Pages, I could see the site components for the deleted Subpage two were different from the site components for the deleted Subpage one.

When deleting the components for Subpage two from the solution, I had the option to delete them from the environment

Then, after I'd re-synched the site, Subpage two no longer appeared on the portal

If I hadn't been able to do that via the solution, before I deleted the components, I selected the Edit option to see where they resided

There is a delete option on this page too.

It would have been better if it had deleted properly in the first place.  It might give me another headache when I distribute the solution tbc.  But at least for the time being, I've got rid of unwanted menu item on the portal.

@MJWhite To resolve the issue with Subpage two still appearing in the portal despite being deleted, I recommend following these steps:

1. Review Portal Configuration: Double-check your portal configuration to ensure there are no references to Subpage two lingering in any settings or configurations.
2. Clear Cache: Clear your browser cache or use a different browser to see if Subpage two still appears. Sometimes, changes might not immediately reflect in the portal due to caching.
3. Check Deleted Items: In Power Apps Portals, deleted pages are moved to the “Deleted Pages” section in the Power Pages Management. Check if Subpage two is present there and permanently delete it if found.
4. Force Portal Cache Refresh: Try forcing a cache refresh in the Power Apps Portal settings to ensure that any changes made are reflected immediately.
5. Review Customizations: If Subpage two was customized, check for any customizations that might still be referencing it and remove them if necessary.

If I have answered your question, please mark your post as Solved. If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up. Remember, every challenge is an opportunity for growth.

Thanks for the help.

I had already solved the problem and marked my update as the solution.  The problem sat within item 1 of your list - there were still references to Subpage two lingering in the settings/configurations.

However, good for readers to see other possible causes of the problem and possible solutions.
