Subgrid Form missing?

Hello,

I use a subgrid on some of the basic forms of my portal.

Suddenly, I get the following error when I click on the 'Add invoiced company' button:

But the form is not actually missing. Here is the metadata of the basic form on which the subgrid is:

And here is the form of the subgrid:

It used to work for months. This is on production environment. Any help would be much appreciated.

It looks like everything is properly set. However, you can restart your portal and check it again.

I just tried this. I restarted the portal through Portal Actions and waited for a few minutes.

Unfortunately, I still get the same error. 

Is there anything else I could try?

I should mention that I installed the latest 2022 release wave two days ago.

Yes, please create a new basic form from scratch and attached to the subgrid.

I created a new basic form and attached it to the subgrid:

I published all customizations, cleared cache, synched configuration through portal editor.

Still getting the exact same error.

Could this be a bug?

Can you try ctrl +F5 and see if you can see the subgrid?

I tried it, it didn't work.

What actually worked was creating a new form (not a basic form in the portal management, but a new form in the dataverse environment for the specific table). I then selected this form in the old basic form and now it works.
