This application includes:
- Employee Health Checklist
- Return to work guidelines
- Report of employee work location to ensure social distancing
- Sanitization status of shared workspaces
There are two applications: one canvas application for employees and one model-driven to manage the data. Data is stored and configured in Common Data Services (CDS)
Privacy Note: no personal symptom data is stored in the CDS database. Only data that is stored is the employee's eligibility to return to the office but not any symptoms that make them not eligible.
