Hi @regelus19 ,

You're importing Load Regions spreadsheet into the System Entity. That won't work.

You need to navigate to the Regions Entity (left side menu there should be multiple menus listed, please select Regions, and then on the top Import Data from Excel.

Why is this step relevant and needed? Could this be detailed further on the documentation?

Step 9: Set your mobile app as hero and featured app

Again, what's effect on both these configurations (features, hero)? Could this be detailed further on the documentation?

Can a customer without prior experience with PowerApps deploy this?

How long will the deployment take?

What staff members would a healthcare provider need to involve in the implementation? 

Who are the business users who will need to provide input?  How much time will be required of them?
