Header components not updating

Hi everyone,

I don't know why but for some time now, the header is not updating properly when I change the name or the icon.

I tried updating with different variations but nothing seems to be working.

No changes are done to the default liquid code or anything related. The only things which are adjusted is the layout and its colors.

Does anybody know why it is not working?

Hi @Lucas001 ,

Please try below steps:

1. Go into Portal Management App.

2. Upload new logo image into Web Files.

3. Go to Content Snippets -> Mobile Header and edit to change the text and the image source in the html.

4. Sync changes => title and image should now appear.

Hi @Lucas001

From your screenshot, I can see, there is someone else opened the site in the design studio or there may be another active session somewhere.

Try the CTRL+F5 - hard refresh and try again.

If not, restart the site: Official URL: Please click here

Hi @ragavanrajan,

thanks for your reply. I also noticed that, but I am the only one working on the page and tried restarting the page as well as turning it off and on again.

Even tried copying a working header into the code, but nothing seems to work.

What I noticed is, that when the name is updated, the screen element blinks, so as it tries to update but doesn't find anything and falls back to the default values.

Is there a place to look at to see if my images etc are uploaded or do you have any other suggestion?

Hi @ragavanrajan ,

Can you please check below:

1- After changing label, are you syncing your changes?

2- Can you jump into Portal Management App as well to see if you have old title there in header?

3- Validate if there is any liquid written for that.

Hope it helps.

Hi @saudali_25

changes are synced but the content snippet mobile header is not updated.

It seems like the UI form is not changing the content snippet. Is there any solution for that?

Thanks a lot so far.

Hi @saudali_25 ,

just did it that way, but the problem with the UI Update is still confusing. Anyway it's now working.

Thanks.

Hi @Lucas001

I think the design studio has a bug. The way @saudali_25 suggested is the traditional way. I will report this to the product team.

Cheers
