How to create Dynamics Forms in Power Pages Forms

Hello,

I have recently started learning Power Pages and was experimenting with Their Forms.

1. Is there a way to create a new form question from Power Pages UI to allow Admins to add new input fields for the form.

2. If there is, then how the data will get stored and how will it affect previously stored data?

3. I have found one article for doing the same thing in Power Apps - How to create Dynamic Forms in Power Apps - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

4. Will it be right to provide admin section onto Power Pages? what will be best to do? similar question for permission - Suppose I have a permission list which stores the information of users who have access to Page 1 and Page 2, Now if the admin wants to provide access to page 3 then will providing an interface on Power Pages, will this be a good idea based on security?
