Actionable Messages/Adaptive Card not allowing response to be submitted undefined

Hello 

 

I have a process where a new supplier submits details and these then need to be viewed by a small team to set up that supplier in our system. They then need to update the list with the new supplier ID and the status of a couple of areas. I want to use an actionable message/adaptive card as the list has to be read only as it contains bank details but we need the supplier ID and status inputted. 

I wanted this on outlook as the processing team normally receive emails so it is a familiar concept and it would work really well for another project I have in the pipeline. 

 

I have built the adaptive card, used the HTTP action for the submit, I received the email fine and looks good. However when I enter the supplier ID and select the relevant status options and press submit I receive the following error message 'The remote endpoint returned an error 'HTTP 400' try again later. 

Is this because I have to register the adaptive card as the Video I watch with Yash Agarwal and Jon Levesque didn't have this stage. I am only testing sending from myself to myself so should this work? Will I need to register it when I need other people in the organisation to use it?

I would post screen shots of the flows but for some reason it will not allow me to do this. 

 

Can anyone see what I may be doing wrong, why I may be getting this message I have the premium add in but could it be another barrier within my organisation? 

 

We have another process where staff update bank details sometimes and I want to use this so it is easier than having to call and means less errors with sensitive data and I would prefer not to use a form. 

 

Any help would be appreciated,

I just stumbled on this request, but it's been a while that you submitted it. Were you able to fix it?
If so, how did you do it so that the community can benefit from your findings?

No I haven't been able to fix this, I have been building a solution in teams at the moment but this is not the best solution but I just can't figure out the error with the actionable messages through email

I've seen that you can't upload screenshots. What error are you getting?

I have tried to add the screen shot from my HTTP request flow hopefully you will receive this and if so I can then send overs

Were you able to resolve this?  I have the same issue.  HTTP 400 when hitting 'Submit' on the card in Outlook.

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!    This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Users must provide a solution which can be an “Accepted Solution” in the Forums in all of the communities and there are no limits to the number of “Accepted Solutions” that a member can provide for entries in this challenge, but each entry must be substantially unique and different.    Winner Selection and Prizes: At the end of each week, we will list the top ten (10) Community users which will consist of: 5 Community Members & 5 Super Users and they will advance to the final drawing. We will post each week in the News & Announcements the top 10 Solution providers.  At the end of the challenge, we will add all of the top 10 weekly names and enter them into a random drawing.  Then we will randomly select ten (10) winners (5 Community Members & 5 Super Users) from among all eligible entrants received across all weekly Entry Periods to receive the prize listed below.
