Add Image from URL to image column in Sharepoint

Hello all,

I am trying to upload an image from a URL to an image column in my PowerPoint.

But I am unsure how to parse the image from URL to content for this field.

Please share if you have a similar experience.

Hello @v-bofeng-msft

How to resolve the type part?

cha_cha_1-1670299627754.png

My list's name has a space in it: so instead of SP.Data.ListName I use SP.Data.List_x0020_Name but it's not working. Can you please advise the format of this?

Hello,

I just figured I'm missing the ListItem name. It's sorted now. I still need to figure out how to track the right image, but the HTTP request is working fine now. Thank you very muchie.

Sorry to revive this. I have this working, the images show up in SharePoint just fine, however they are not pulling into PowerApps properly. Is there any workaround for this? The image value itself appears to be non-blank, however it is visibly empty.

The images in this screenshot are being provided by a Coalesce() function using SampleImage as the second item. So you can see the images are non-blank, however they do not show. In SharePoint, these items show fine, and these were generated from Power Automate. Power Automate is getting items from a different site, creating a new item via a Create Item action, then utilizing Send HTTP actions to add those added images to the column.

I solved my question, with the help of Copilot! I needed another Send HTTP Request action in between to get the image by serverRelativeUrl to be able to grab the UniqueID of the created image. I was generating a random ID. It is now pulled into Power Apps properly.
