Add row to Table has stopped functioning

I have a flow which checks my email for specific emails and adds a row to an Excel table that I use for task tracking.

The flow was working fine for two weeks and has since stopped adding rows, even though it reports successfully adding the row.

Hrm. This question really needs more detail. We have zero chance of helping you with the information provided.

Please expand out your output actions, let us know what you have tried to resolve this. Was the excel file open in an application or browser when the Flow ran?

There is literally nothing to go on here.

I cannot expand due to proprietary information (yes even the column names are protected).

I have previously had the flow run properly even while the excel file was open on my desktop (I never use the brower version).

I removed and recreated the "Add row" command to insure it was still pointing to the correct file location in SharePoint and the correct table, but with no change in results.

The excel table seemed to stop growing at row 50. I am going to create a new Excel file to test this next week and see if the problem continues.

It seems very strange that the flow would simply stop midweek without me making any changes to it.

I even checked the SP permisions, but nothing there had changed.

If you are unable to share your column names or data then please build a second “sample” Flow that replicates your issue and share that.

We can’t really help you without more information.

However 50 rows sounds too much like a round number to be a coincidence.

I created a new Flow which uses the same trigger, but only has the action to write a new row to a table (Excel Online for Business), but have the same results. The Flow shows as successful, but nothing is added to the Excel Table.

I have included an image of the Flow and also copied the resulting Ouput Text below:

I think I have found the issue and it is truly strange.

My Excel workbook had a query that was linked to a Sharepoint list (not the one referenced in the FLOW).

Once I broke that connection link, flow was able to add rows to the Table again.
