Attach File from Sharepoint and send email every week Tuesday at 11 am and the file name should be CSAT Update 09.04.2023 plus 7 days.

Hello All, 

I am looking to make a flow where a file is picked up from Sharepoint every week at 11 am on Tuesday and looks for the name CSAT Update 09.04.2023 plus 7 days every week and send an email to users. I would really appreciate your help here. Thanks.

Nice @Ahmedz !  Glad to hear this! Please mark as a solution to help others find it too!  Ok, for the run tomorrow at 11 AM, it's going to look for a file tomorrow named CSAT Update 09.11.2023.pptx and the following Tuesday, CSAT Update 09.18.2023.pptx, etc, etc. but confident this will work weekly for you provided the file exists.

 So I tried adding a few minutes in advance and see if the email was sent on that particular time but the email came out automatically as soon as I tested it. So I set the time to 6:28 and tested it at 6:26 and it was sent at 6:26. How can we fix this time thing . Thanks 🙂

Hi @Ahmedz ,

If you want to see this trigger at 4 PM today, check the 16 box here in the trigger.  Will fire off in 17 minutes then.  Then change back to 11 so it runs on the schedule you want.

If you want this to go out exactly at 11:00 on Tuesdays, you set your trigger like this.  Modify as desired.

Hey! So I tried several things and the one you suggested too in this last screenshot. Nothing pushed the email automatically . I just randomly got an email though at 10 am, a time that I had not even scheduled. That was just one time but I have not received any email at the times that I wanted it to trigger. Can you suggest how we can resolve this. Thanks!

Ok, It's 9:47 AM pacific time, this is triggered to run at 11:00 today.  It won't run until then.

I don't know if we can add another dynamic to this. We are also looking to see if the flow can pick the file automatically as the month changes. So every month the folder is changed and all files are added in the new folder named for Example 2023-09 and next month all files for October will go in new folder 2023-10. Not sure if possible but if we can add that action to this flow it would be amazing . Thanks!
