Can't see some flows in "My Flows" list

I created some flows few months ago and currently using them in my apps, the flows are working but I can't see them in "My Flow" list. Did anyone face the same problem before? Can anyone tell me whats causing this issue?

Hi @Anonymous

There could be two options I can think of.

1. You must have shared the flows with some team members. And you can see the flows under the Shared with me tab:

2. You may have added the flows to a solution so you can navigate to solutions and check if there is a solution with the flows inside it.

Hope this Helps!

hello @yashag2255 ,

I have checked both options that you have suggested, but my flows aren't listed their either. In my apps the flows are still working but I can't see them.

Hi @Anonymous and @HCA ,

Do you perhaps have multiple environments?  Try toggling between environments.

Hi @HCA ,

Do you have access to the power platform admin centre?  If not, ask your admin to check to see if they can see your flow anywhere

Thank you - Since yesterday, our IT team looking into it too, but they've not found it.  If I create a new one that I can see, I get duplicate rows in the excel sheet that new data is added to.  I've had a look in the power platform and there's nothing there at all.  All the flows I have are cloud flows in the the default environment.

Hi @HCA ,

Might be something that you may need to log a support ticket to MS for if your admins cannot see it in Power Platform Admin Centre across all environments.

Thank you - I'll see what IT come back with and take it from there.

@Anonymous

Have you tried Action > Power Automate > "..." > Edit?

This drives me crazy too...

For me, when IT were involved and then someone from MS flows it took an age for us to realise there was no flow!  There was the little cloud symbol on the MS form which you don't really spot unless you know what you're looking for.  Somehow, the data was linked directly to the spreadsheet, although I have no idea how this occurred.  Since then I intentionally created a new ms form linking it directly to the excel sheet and it was a fiddly process.

For me, this issue is closed.  Thank you for all your suggestions.

Yea found them  -  Thankyou!!
