Checking Email Subject if it contains an Excel row

Hello,

I have a CloudFlow Trigger, that triggers if an Email arrives in a shard Mailbox.

In the next step I have an Exceltable where all values from the table are extrated into an Array.

The next step should be, that Email Subject should get checkt, if the Subject contains one of the numbers in the Exceltable, I dont know how to solve that.

condition comapre two different types, show what you have in the condition.

The Subject contains numbers and letters like AB 123 CDE.

The way I will solve this problem would be:

1. List rows within the Excel

2. Filter the Excel to see if the subject of the email contains corresponding column value.

3. If the length of the filtered excel is greater than 1 (contains), then do your next step.

(For the comparison part I left blank, you should insert the dynamic content of the column name inside your excel. If you want to check every cell inside of the excel, then you can just insert "value" dynamic content of the excel in list rows)

This might not be the best way, but hopefully it will work for you case.

Hello everyone, this is the solution I got,

In the condition is an "is greater or equal" because I could have more than 1 entity that matches.

If someone doesnt want that - change it to "is equal" to 1.

@Anonymous BIG THANKS MAN! - You helped me alot with your solution, but I need to add, that if you swapp the condition to "is greater" than 1 - you need to have 2 matches in the subject and your table - anyways BIG BIG Thanks❤️
