Hi @sachk1  ,

I have done a test on my side and it works for me.

Is this what you are looking for?

html table with image.png

I have used the below HTML code , if that's what you are looking for.

HTML Image table flow..png

<table border="1">
   <tr>
      <td>
         Image 1
      </td>
      <td>
         <img src="data&colon;image/png;base64,@{outputs('Compose_2')}" width="50" height="50">
      </td>
   </tr>
   <tr>
      <td>
         Image 1
      </td>
      <td>
         <img src="data&colon;image/png;base64,@{outputs('Compose_2')}" width="50" height="50">
      </td>
   </tr>
</table>

If this helps please give it a thumbs up and accept it as a solution.

How get SharePoint list using get file content?

Hi @sachk1 ,

I am using Get File content to get data from SP Doc library. Where are your images and data stored?

@SanmeshG  Images are in sharepoint list. As attached image.

splistitem.PNG

Hi @sachk1 ,

You want to create a table from a single record from SP list or from multiple list items?

If its a single record , you can create a table in Compose and pass the data into it , like I have shown in the flow above.

If you want to create a table from multiple records , create the table rows inside an apply to each in a Compose action and append it to a string variable to create a table.

@SanmeshG , Need to create a table from single record, having multiple image columns. Your method cannot use, because this is a SharePoint list not a library. How Get File content to get data from SP List? It's action for SharePoint Library.

Hi @sachk1 ,

I have developed a flow to demonstrate how to get the file content if it's an Image column in SharePoint list.

Please follow the steps as per the attached images.

To select d from send an HTTP action use the below expression.

body('Send_an_HTTP_request_to_SharePoint')?['d']

In the Get File content action use the below expression as the File identifier to get the file content.

encodeUriComponent(replace(json(outputs('Select_d_from_body_of_HTTP_request_to_SharePoint')?['Image1'])?['serverRelativeUrl'],'/sites/mydevsite','')

 Similarly  , use Multiple get file content Actions to get the file content of the Images from other Image columns.

encodeUriComponent(replace(json(outputs('Select_d_from_body_of_HTTP_request_to_SharePoint')?['Image2'])?['serverRelativeUrl'],'/sites/mydevsite','')

Repeat the same for Image 3 and Image 4.

Use the below HTML to create the HTML table and pass the same to create the HTML file.

<html>
   <table border="1">
      <tr>
         <td>
            Image 1
         </td>
         <td>
            <img src="data&colon;image/png;base64,@{base64(outputs('Get_file_content_for_Image_1')?['body'])}" width="50" height="50">
         </td>
      </tr>

	  <tr>
         <td>
            Image 2
         </td>
         <td>
            <img src="data&colon;image/png;base64,@{base64(outputs('Get_file_content_for_Image_2')?['body'])}" width="50" height="50">
         </td>
      </tr>

	  <tr>
         <td>
            Image 3
         </td>
         <td>
            <img src="data&colon;image/png;base64,@{base64(outputs('Get_file_content_for_Image_3')?['body'])}" width="50" height="50">
         </td>
      </tr>

	  <tr>
         <td>
            Image 4
         </td>
         <td>
            <img src="data&colon;image/png;base64,@{base64(outputs('Get_file_content_for_Image_4')?['body'])}" width="50" height="50">
         </td>
      </tr>

   </table>
</html>

Hope this helps. Do give it a thumbs up and accept it as a solution , if this helps!

Thanks,

Sanmesh

@SanmeshG  the thing is images is in columns may vary. so cannot use exact get file contents for define number of images.

i get errors with your expression. can you share the flow steps?

That means in some records number of image columns varies.

Any way to do this?

Hi @sachk1 ,
What you mean by exact number of images may vary?

How many image columns do you have ?

I have already shared the flow steps in the image with all expressions.

For example say you have a total of 5 Image columns and some List Items may have 3 and some have 4 Images then you need to ensure that , the image exists before you add the Get File Content action and after that create each row separately and create the HTML table based on whether the condition is true or false and merge all table rows to get the final table

Ok. Thank you. Will do.
