Convert to PDF Failing

Hi All, I have a flow that has been running for almost a year now. Today as of 2:40pm the flow stopped working and started failing at the Convert File step. Here is the error:

  "status"404,
  "message""Error from Office Service. Url=https://wordcs.osi.office365.us/document/export/pdf HttpCode=NotFound cert=subject:;thumbprint: ResponseHeaders=Connection: close\r\nDate: Mon, 22 Apr 2024 20:29:09 GMT\r\nServer: Microsoft-IIS/10.0\r\nX-Powered-By: ASP.NET\r\n",
  "source""api.connectorp.svc.ms"

I tried removing the step, adding it back, nothing. Is this a Microsoft issue or did something get updated/changed that I'm missing. Thanks.

We've isolated a potential configuration issue which we believe may be preventing users of the OneDrive for Business connector from converting files through Microsoft Power Automate flows. As we continue to confirm the source for the configuration problem, we're developing a fix to address the configuration and to remediate the impact.

@nhope  - thanks for the pointer, basically these are the same issue. No update since yesterday on the new ticket, support are still looking into the issue albeit with a new support ticket.

We're continuing to investigate the potential configuration issue, which we believe may be preventing users of the OneDrive for Business connector from converting files through Microsoft Power Automate flows. Additionally, we're validating a potential solution for this issue that will further help to confirm the cause of impact.

I've tested mine and they too appear to now be working again, thankfully! Many thanks to everyone who kept us all updated.

I tried this method and it worked for me. Thank you for the update!

It’s true ,, the flows are working ,, good day ,,,✋🏽✋🏽✋🏽✋🏽

After you deleted the connection and reestablished it in your flow, did you go to the temporary folder (where you are storing the document temporarily before it's converted to a PDF on your OneDrive) and delete all the documents that are there? I did this and then re-tested and it worked.

Why am i the only one who still cannot see it working? I even delete OneDrive Business connection and re-add it again. But still i got error 404 for all my flow. I live in Bangkok Thailand. Is it because my country not getting a patch from MS?

Error404.PNG

Did you clear out the temporary location in your OneDrive of old files that had not converted from the failures? I had to empty that folder and then re-run it and it worked.

It started working again for us too! Thank you very much to everyone involved!

Maybe ,,so take it easy a wait a update ,, in my situation I have to do mi work manually in this days !!

I did delete and change folder of both source and destination of conversion. I cleared original excel file as well so it will be clean. Still error 404 (Not found). Is there anybody else still getting this error besides me?

In my opinion , don’t move anything in your flow ( because it’s a code problem) . So the temporally solution , you can buy a premium Conexión or convert a pdf manually

It looks like ms have resolved the issue yesterday

The One drive for Business (OD4B) convert pdf's are working on 5 different tenant in Europe and the UK, with @patttachai comment about Thailand, and UK and Europe, i believe the Microsoft fix has been applied to all regions and is working again.

The conversion itself seems to work again. But the output pdf is empty (with correct amount of pages). Any thoughts?
