Could not find list item

I'm having issue with could not find list item and the things is my side did not do any changes, it went smooth last week and somehow it just pop up this error. The same error happen before and my solution was delete the field(Notified person column) and create again, however this will not be a permanent solution so I have to post it here as I can't even proceed with next steps/stage when the approval can't even start.

The ID parameter used in Update item action was a dynamic content from a previous action, what is it? Could you please share the relative actions in your flow with screenshots?

I don't know if this helps with your issue but I figured I'd post a response anyway. I am pretty new to Power Automate and came here because I was trying to create new list items and had accidentally selected 'update a list item'. Using Response ID from a Microsoft Form connector meant that I would dynamically generate a new ID, but it wouldn't be related to a matching ID in the list, and I'd get this error. Without knowing more about your problem I want to ask:

1. How are you selecting which item to update?
2. Is there any way that the item you are trying to update would be deleted or have its key field (the one you're using to determine which item is updated) changed?
3. If you are dynamically generating which item will be updated based on a connector, is there any way that the generated ID and the actual item ID would mismatch?
