I'm creating a flow in which one works with the mentioned format
- When an Item is created in the SharePoint list the flow populates data in an Excel.
- But I want this Excel sheet in pdf format by mail. but in my Excel workbook 20+ sheets which one calculated data from all sheets and give output in 1 sheet. and I want only 1 sheet in pdf on my mail ID.
- Data populated in this excel this sheet in calculated based. sheet name is Data International.
And I want the Data International sheet on my mail in PDF format.

Running the below mentioned VBscript helped me to achieve this requirement. It saves the 'Data International' sheet as a pdf file. Please check once if it is feasible for you.

Two actions from the Encodian connector that can help based on your exact requirement...
Encodian's Convert Excel action can target a specific sheet to for conversion to PDF. So only the 1 sheet that you need will be converted to PDF to be attached to the email:
Secondly, you could populate the data directly into the output sheet using Encodian's Populate Excel action which uses merge tags to create custom PDFs. For template syntax, see Template Syntax for Populate Excel
@AlexEncodian It seems really convenient. I would also like to explore the same. When I use that action, it is asking to create a new connection as shown in the screenshot. Could you please guide me on the same?

Hi @oyepanky , if you have access to power automate desktop as well, it is achievable with one action 'Run VBScript' and you can also call this desktop flow from cloud flow so that you can have the 'when an item is created' trigger.
The file can be saved in onedrive so that it will be accessible from cloud flow as well for further requirements like sending mail with attachment. Let me know if you need more guidance on the same.
Solution provided by @AlexEncodian seems to be helpful to do the conversion in cloud flow itself. However I'm not familiar with it and need to check if the encodian connection api needs any separate subscription.

The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
