Description information Required in Automatic Email

Hi All,

I am facing challenges in below flow where I want to add description information in auto email however after configuration description information is coming "True" or "False" instead of information which updated by user in the task. Please look into the issue and help me the resolution. Please refer to the below flow.

Adding data in the circled field in the below screen shot.

Hi @RajeevHaldhar 

I think List task does not have description information, you need to use get task details to get details of task so to get description. see below for reference

Hi @RajeevHaldhar 

In your current flow design,  you are using select action to select required values from output from list tasks. Instead of that use apply to each loop to get details of each task using get task details action (as i shown in my reply) and then append the description results with other properties (as selected in select action) to an array. Now use that array to html table and then you will get expected results.

Hi @RajeevHaldhar 

the flow you have designed is having some errors , see a simple flow which takes the task details and send an email 

1. List all tasks 

2. Use initialize variable to initialize array variable 

3. use apply to each to loop through output of list task

4. get task details and appending the required details to the array like below

Now outside the loop use create html table to create table out of FinalArr variable as shown below

See - if you are trying to do any filtering (as i could see some filters done for date , percent complete) you can do those with variable (FinalArr in this case) after appending required details to it which are necessary for filter operations.

if still it takes more time > then use the following settings in apply to each - concurrency control so to do a parallel run 

it can execute things parallely.
