Do until loop not working as expected

Hi all, 

I am using do until loop in my flow, expecting it to wait until the status field changes to Approved as shown below. However, it always executes and says 'There are no actions in this Do Until scope' 

Can someone please help me assist fixing above, I just want the do until loop to run every 3 mins to check if the status field changed to Approved but looks like its not working as I expected it to, can someone please help, thanks.

Place the Delay action there.

If you are trying to delay the Do Until loops every 3 minutes, you need to put the Delay action inside the Do Until action.  This would take a single loop in the Do Until the time it takes for the delay to complete before the next loop begins.

  The way your image displays you are have a Delay and then the Do Until starts, but the Do Until loops do not get delayed.

@daxjkent thanks for your comment. The delay action I have added has no relation with do until, the scope of do until is to last until the Approval Status field changes to Approved

As you can see below, my flow is simple. I expect that afte one minute without anwer from the approval "Do until" ends by timeout, but that does not happen

You already have an "send an wait for approval" it will wait here until it is approved. No need for the "do until".
