Email Format Not Appearing Well

I used the Send email with options in Power Automate to create a flow but the email content doesn't seem formatted.

Any clue on what to do to have properly formatted email?

Same result, infact, it added the (space) to the body of the email and combined all together.

You need to add the markdown to tell it how to format the text. All the details are shown on the link provided. For example, making something boldface requires putting a ** before and after the line.

You need to put ** before and after the lines you want in bold.

Put 2 spaces after any line where you want to force a carriage return.

Then run the test again and see how your formatting changed.

Please show your edit window with the markdowns in place. I'm sorry but your results aren't comparable with mine. Did you insert 2 spaces after the lines you wanted to break?

Something just occurred to me. You're using the Send email with options and the only options you list are approve and reject. Those are covered in the regular Create approval or Start and wait for approval. Why did you choose to go that route? 
There is one difference between my test of the Send with options markdown formatting and yours. You have inserted the output of a PowerApp into yours. Have you tested with just plain text? I wonder if you could eliminate all factors that might be contributing to this not working. 

Another thing I've noticed with markdown formatting is that you cannot insert anything else between the text and the markdown, even an invisible character. 

One final possibility is that you could experiment with using the Approval actions and see if you get more satisfactory output from them.
