Error 'GetTable' failed with status code 'NotFound'

Hi, I created a flow to update D365 FO entities.

And I now need the flow for different D365 instance, so I copied the flow and changed D365 instance name in D365 connectors.

But when I try to save it, this gives me a below error:

Request to XRM API failed with error: 'Message: Flow client error returned with status code "BadRequest" and details "{"error":{"code":"InvalidOpenApiFlow","message":"Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'dynamicsax' operation 'GetTable' failed with status code 'NotFound'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: {\r\n \"debugInfo\": \"clientRequestId: 906fdec1-b7ca-490f-80b0-021b1e2d0351\"\r\n}'."}}". Code: 0x80060467 InnerError: '.

The original one works perfectly and I can save it but copied one seem to have a problem.

I only changed the D365 instance name in copied one but nothing else.

I want to specify which action/connector has a problem but cannot tell by the above message.

Any advice can be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @chickennanban ,

Please use file id rather than file path in the Get tables action.

Hi @chickennanban ,

Could you please share a screenshot of the detailed settings in the 'GetTable' action? It seems the table is not found because of copying flows.

@v-jefferni
The below is the action in copied flow. There is no difference from the one in original flow.

Hi @chickennanban ,

For Create file actions, there might be delays when the file is large, which makes the flow cannot find the file just after the create action is finished. Please try and add a Delay operator for 1-2 minutes above the Get tables action and let the flow run again.

I didn't run the flow but can't even save it.

Hi

I am experiencing the same issue as this one... with the exception that I am working with SharePoint actions in stead of OneDrive actions.

Problem:

I have the exact same Instant flow running in two other installations without any issues, but after importing the solution to a third environment I cannot use "Site Pages" as a custom value in the Library Name field?!?

Aivi_2-1712588494686.png

I have spent a whole day trying to figure out what the problem is - maybe I am lucky that you have a suggestion on how to solve this?

I tried the following:

  • I tried with manual selection of Site Address (as shown in the pasted image above)
  • I tried using an environment variable for the Site Pages library name
  • I am using environment variables for site address and I double-checked that all the environment variables are correct
  • I am system administrator on all the installations in question as well as site owner
  • The site was connected to a hub site - I removed the connection
  • All sites are communication sites
  • I am not limiting the lookup by View
  • I disabled the DenyAddAndCustomizePages property on the site
  • Building the flow from scratch again (in stead of importing it)

As mentioned, it works with no issues in other environments - here it behaves like this:

I hope that someone will be able to help me out?

This is not the first time that I ran into the fact, that the same cloudflow behaves differently on different installations.

Any ideas or relevant input? Thank you 🙏

I managed to figure this out, after all... the one SharePoint site was set up with a different language than the other two. Since my display language is always in English, I did not notice that.
