FLOW THAT SENDS EMAIL WITH BUTTON PRESS AND DELAYSUNTIL A CERTAIN TIME REGARDLESS OF DATE

I am trying to create a simple flow that does:

1. Press button and flow initiates
2. Flow action Delays until time 19:30 on the day of pressing button to initiate flow if button is pressed before 19:30
3. If button is pressed after 19:30 on same day, initiate flow action.
4. Flow action: send email with body

My challenge:
1. I have tried to use the delay until function but delay until as I understand uses not just time but with date. If there is a way to use delay until with time only without date I may be able to execute my idea.

2. I have tried to create a condition by converting the time into a string and comparing with UTC now but there is no delay so the flow doesn't run.

I've made a test for your reference:

I assume your time zone is UTC0. This is my flow

1)

int(formatDateTime(utcNow(),'HHmm'))

2)

addMinutes(startOfDay(addDays(utcNow(),1)),1170)

3)

addMinutes(startOfDay(utcNow()),1170)

SOLUTION:

1. Create trigger (Manual trigger)
2. Do a series of Compose:
3. Convert time zone and store in compose (ComposeUTCnowConverted) variable: convertTimeZone(utcNow(),'Greenwich Standard Time','W. Central Africa Standard Time')  [Depending on your timezone]
4. FormatDateTime in ‘HHmm’ as formatDateTime(outputs('ComposeUTCnowConverted'),'HHmm'). Name the compose as ‘ComposeUTCnowConvertedHHmm’ [HHmm formats as example 1930 or 0645 ]
5. Convert the compose variable (ComposeUTCnowConvertedHHmm) to integer with int(outputs('ComposeUTCnowConvertedHHmm')). Name it ComposeUTCnowConvertedHHmmInt . [The current time at time of running flow is converted to an integer to enable comparison with condition]
6. Compose and store integer variable as ‘Compose1930TimeInt’. Expression for this is int(1930) [this is threshold time to be compared with current time when flow is run]
7. Create condition ‘ConditionIsUTCnowLessThan1930Int’. This condition compares the variable ComposeUTCnowConvertedHHmmInt to be less than Compose1930TimeInt  [A fork in the road, this compares these variables as integers with a less than]
8. If yes and true add a delay until function with name Delay Until 1930. Put Expression concat(utcnow('yyyy-MM-dd'), 'T18:30:00Z')  [18:30 is same as 19:30 as in UTC to my time zone]
9. Send email [Sends email after delay until is executed at 19:30]
10. If condition is false, send email [send email immediately when time of initiating flow is greater than 1930]
